- A well established pharmacuitical distribution firm requires an experienced candidate who is well versed in major accounting processes.
- Create, post and maintain (along with relevant support) payments & receipts vouchers in the Accounts Software.
- Create, make accruals, post and maintain (along with relevant support) journal vouchers in the Accounts Software.
- Process monthly payments to vendors, salaries, full & final settlements, & medical reimbursements.
- Taxation (Deduction of Salaries/Vendor’s Tax on monthly basis) & process payments to government authorities.
- Liaise with lawyer, banks & vendors.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements, debtors and creditors accounts.
- Make yearly trial balance, income statement, balance sheet & budget.
- Analysis of monthly expenditures statement.
- Interpretation of yearly financial statements.
- Make estimated monthly expenditures statement to be financed other accounting tasks as assigned by the menagement.
