We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin & HR Manager to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and handle all HR-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office operations and other stations, managing staff records, and ensuring smooth workflow in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration and ensure a professional work environment
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required
Monitor staff performance and assist in resolving employee issues
Ensure company policies are followed by all employees
Coordinate with departments for smooth operations
Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor communication
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Experience in HR or Admin roles will be preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
