The primary duties of the Car Care Manager (situated near
PIDC) are to:
Maintain overall responsibility for service delivery, staff administration, facility appearance, purchasing, record keeping, inventory control, and other operational areas of the Car Care facility to meet or exceed projected net income
- Look after over all auto car care center operations
- Develop external business relationships generating business for the Car Care facility and enhancing its image in the market. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the operations of the Car Care facility for review by management.
- Prepare income and expense budgets and ensure strict adherence to budgetary guidelines. Ensure that the facility meets annual revenue and net income budgets and achieves budgeted sales
- Retail Sales experience of Lubricants and Auto-parts
- Auto Service technical experience
- Understanding of vehicle systems and how to properly diagnosis vehicles and the proper repairs needed
- Ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced, multi-tasking retail environment with a smile and a positive attitude
- A professional personal appearance
- Ability to learn our internal software application
Supervising automotive services on customer vehicles, such as:
- Wheel Alignment and Balancing
- Tire change and Rims
- Engine Oil changes
- Routine car mechanical work
- Manage the tire and lube bays for optimal use and efficiency by prioritizing and delegating work, ensuring promise times are met and that your customers’ car care experience is stress-free
- Supervise the Automotive Technicians
- Manage your team to keep pace with customers, balance multiple priorities and use good judgment to manage time and workflow
- Inform customers of vehicle inspection findings
- Educate and explain service recommendation to customers & deliver excellent customer service
