We are looking to hire a results-oriented and highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing realm for our clients. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and formulate creative and effective campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate
- You are a digital marketing generalist with strong expertise in paid social, email CRM, SEM/SEO, on-site CRO, Google Analytics, social media management and digital analytics.
- You are metrics-driven – you tackle challenges analytically and base marketing decisions on data; you test and measure everything no matter how big or small.
- You are an entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our clients' digital marketing including social medie management, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop, monitor and constantly optimize paid campaigns.
- Plan and manage our clients' social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ proven work experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for a brand
- Demonstrable experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Impeccable English
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Hands-on experience in SEO & Google Analytics tools
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Positive attitude and loyalty to the company
