Responsibilities
- Install, align, and configure antennas on telecom towers following technical specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Climb telecom towers safely using required safety equipment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform cable installation and management using appropriate cable installation tools.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of telecom tower equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements to enhance safety and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during installation and maintenance activities.
- Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for tower operations.
- Provide training support and guidance when needed to junior technicians and riggers within the team.
