The AKD Group (UK) is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join us.

The Role involves:
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business from client companies.
- Building relationships with clients in the UK
- Bringing in new vacancies from different companies, that should be filled by AKD.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in recruitment and development
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive attitude, ambition, high level of commitment to a job and
- Drive to obtain set goals
- Excellent PC skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Great people and problem solving skills
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Office Timings: 2:00 PM - 10 PM
