We are looking for Construction Manager who is energetic and requires minimum supervision with the roles and responsibilities mentioned below:
Job Responsibilities
- Execution and Supervision of projects to make sure they meet technical specifications.
- Monitor the progress of the construction work at the site.Ensure that projects are completed within planned cost and time.
- Identify any potential problem at the site and work to prevent it.
- Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site.
- Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that any change in project plan is executed by contractors.
- Motivate all the participants in the project.
- Keep accurate records of material and labor costs incurred in the construction process
- Overall Plan of Project Execution, Overall budget, Preparation of site monitoring report. Preparation of QC control formats.
- Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
- Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
- To coordinate with all the project staff in order to run the daily departmental functioning & for the production of requisites reports, analysis, verifications, accountabilities & etc.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of construction technology
- EPC industry experience
- Familiarity with project and department budget process and tools
- Knowledge of project controls
- Risk assessment/management
- Administrative policies and procedures
- Conceptual planning ability
- Conflict management and problem solving skills
- Leadership ability
- Multi-tasking ability
- Communication, meeting, and presentation skills
- Comfort with time reporting systems
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required
- Experience with large manufacturing facilities construction sites preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software
- 8 years minimum experience
