We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong follow-up and organizing ability with high proficiency in using computer applications.
  • Answering and Responding phone calls and emails.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Discretion and Trustworthiness: Candidate will often be party of confidential Information.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the CEO.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rs 70,000 – Rs100,000 per month

Education: Masters (Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preferred)

Working Hours: Morning/Evening depending on CEO’s presence- Candidate should be flexible during the day. Monday to Saturday.
