The salary package is 30,000 Pkr to 50,000 depends on the skills and qualifications.
Requirements.
- The candidate must have 3 years of experience in the real estate market.
- The candidate must have complete knowledge of Pakistan property law and documentations.
- Advice on pricing property and market value.
- Monitor and update property listings and Schedule appointments and showings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals
- Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities.
- Great organization skills to be able to create various scheduled, timelines, and budgets.
- Ability to work independently when making important decisions.
- Great honesty and integrity skills
- Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations and drafting property sale documentations.
