AK Digital is a security providing company based in the UK.

We are looking for an Trainee Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in the field of accounts, urgently with the following skills and qualifications:

Accounts Officer Responsibilities:

  • Petty cash handling
  • Manage payroll activities and release salaries
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable & receivables.
  • Record all financial transactions in customized software.
  • Debtor Chasing 

Skills Required:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Accounts
  • Aptitude in decision-making
  • Active and should be smart
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Excel)
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Business email writing skills
  • Management reporting

Job Timings:

  • 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Preference:

  • Candidates having UK based company's experience would be preffered.
