Sales / Marketing Specialist

Social Media & Sales Executive – Islamabad Akhtar Development is seeking a motivated and skilled Social Media & Sales Executive to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media platforms—particularly Facebook Marketplace—along with strong capabilities in lead generation, client communication, and marketing services aligned with the automotive industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with clients and support the growth of our accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts across various platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook Marketplace.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through both online and offline channels.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams through chat and other communication tools.
Advise clients on available services and maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation.
Prepare detailed reports and analyse data using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Required Qualifications

Minimum education: Intermediate or Graduate.
Age requirement: 18 to 28 years.
Proven experience in social media management and lead generation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solid understanding of marketing principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, for data handling and reporting.
Must have own laptop for daily operations.
Candidates residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad with immediate availability will be given priority.
