Are you an entrepreneurial commercially astute, analytically minded and results orientated Ecommerce Manager?
Spares is looking for an experienced e-commerce manager to take care of the day-to-day operations of our website and accounts on Amazon and eBay. We specialise in the supply of a wide variety of mobile phone parts and related products, both retail and wholesale.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for product update and adding new products’ photos & description based upon market trends and data analysis.
- Develop affiliate marketing programs
- Create and maintain an online business plan
- Staying up to date on software or data trends
- Keep current knowledge of online trends
- Updating website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
- Provide analytic reports of online sales
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.
- Plan for e-marketing expenditures and develop a financial plan that will maximize resources
- Manage the Inventory, working with the content to manage the deployment of new items. Prepare Stock reports, based on sales and stock left.
- Manage the Payment balance on Amazon Seller Account and EBay. Prepare Sales reports, based on sales and platform fees, costs of marketing for each of our marketplaces;
- Manage the Performance on Amazon Seller Account and EBay. Prepare Product reports, based on product quanity sold (by category) for each of our marketplaces;
- Respond to customer queries and manage customer disputes
- Manage delivery of products. Set up FBA/control Royal Mail delivery
- Track performance of these actions and proactively propose improvements to store campaigns;
- Develop the B2B and wholesale part of the business - marketing campaigns to gain new leads - contacting prospective buyers - managing client accounts
- Manage the stores discounted items, promotions and bundles
- Select, hire and manage sub-contractors to carry out necessary works such as PPC advertising, website development, SEO, etc.;

- Advanced experience in managing an online store.
- Experience in working with large inventory distribution.
