We are looking for a suitable resource as Assistant Manager Finance to supervise and  perform Accounting & Finance job as per defined processes/instructions that may include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate/coordinate with accounts team members and external parties to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
  • Supervising regular bookkeeping, monthly closing, and stock counts.
  • Supervision and/or the preparation of bank reconciliations, receivable, payable, inventory, and Withholding tax, income tax, and sales tax reconciliations.
  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
  • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
  • Manage payroll activities and payment of salaries.
  • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company accounts and coordinate with the bank.
  • Create daily reports for management and team members.
  • Providing financial analysis to assess the company’s performance as a whole.
  • Preparing Performance reports as per set frequency and otherwise required.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly budgets.
  • Overall supervision of the responsibilities of the Accounts department.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field (preferably ACCA/BBA Finance/ B.sc Finance) with about 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must have done O levels.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office.
  • Sound knowledge of QuickBooks /Peachtree or ERPs with a good grip on Inventory/Inventory Assembly processing.
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
