Job Responsiblities:

  • Manage daily operations of branch
  • Develop and implement sales plans for real estate  
  • Conduct regular sales and operations meetings
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Network in order to establish contacts and develop relationships with prospects
  • Demonstrate and present products to prospects
  • Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
  • Organizing events for the branch if required
  • Manage budgets, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives for the branch
  • Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
  • Resolve customer problems as needed
  • Aim to achieve weekly or monthly targets
  • Negotiate/close deals

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Proven experience in relevant field or relevant role 
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Managerial Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
