• Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue generation
  • Regularly apprise the chairman/president about financial details of income, expenditure and payments.
  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
  • Coordinate and direct preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Supervise and apprise month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage bookings and sale purchase
  • Ensure timely installments recovery and rental schedules
  • Must ensure proper and timely issuance of salary/rebates/commissions to employees
  • Prepare accurate record of assets, liabilities, and capital account entries
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and required reports
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups
  • Maintains customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Work closely with executive team to share reports and analysis of findings
  • Strictly abide by rules and policies of the organization
  • Must remain in close coordination with relevant audit, taxation and revenue authorities as and when required

Job Specifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience in the same capacity
  • Must be computer literate with a comprehensive knowledge of MS, Excel & accounts packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure often to strict deadlines
  • Capacity building and training skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent report writing skill
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Good team member and a leader
