Job Description
- Provides confidential administrative assistance to Customer care department
- Greets Clients/Visitors to maintain a professional image
- Communicate/coordinate with all the representatives involved in Customer care department to allow the most effective flow of process
- Responsible for customer care support till client’s presence in Al Bari premises
- Escort client to the relevant floor/department/person
- Assist clients with documents and receipts
- Facilitate client at the time of booking or while depositing installment
- Document clients query and communicate the query to the designated authority
- Serves as a liaison of client with documentation, accounts and legal department
- Assist in coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given by RGM
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned by HR department
Requirements
- Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in Customer Care Department.Must be good in Customer Dealing
- Fast learner and active
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
- Confident
- Interpersonal Skills
- Must be Good in Customer dealing
