• Provides confidential administrative assistance to the chairman
  • Schedule meetings for Chairman, Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
  • Screens and handles telephone communications and greets visitors to maintain a professional image
  • Serves as a liaison with external institutions, other Office Executive with Chairman
  • Collects, enters, and maintains information to maintain departmental databases and records minutes of meeting
  • Drafts and finalizes written correspondence and documentation for the office
  • Promote brand image and awareness through social media
  • Form contacts with local media outlets, both online and off
  • Process end-of-day reports
  • Assists in the coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given by Chairman
  • Coordinates and supervises the daily management of equipment and facilities for Chairman
  • Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
  • Can travel out of city or country for official purpose
  • Plan events, take reservation and book tickets if asked by chairman
  • Must comply with company’s dress code policy i.e. Formal Business Attire to be worn from Monday to Friday, Casual Business Attire to be worn on Saturday of each week
  • Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization

Qualifications and skills

  • Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fast learner and active
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
  • Confidence
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in industry
