Responsibilities

  • Their work includes:
  • Devise pragmatic strategies for the marketing team which are digital in nature , suitable for advertisement, easy to communicate and creative in outlook
  •  Plan, Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  •  Design branding and positioning strategies
  • Ensure short, strong and effective brand message which are consistent across all channels and reflect marketing efforts (e.g. events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Must identify opportunities to reach new market segments
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
  •  Report on regular basis specially on weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Manage the entire marketing activities for the company(s) and within the marketing department.
  •  Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
  • Arrange business for the company to generate source of self-sustenance.

Qualification and Skills

  • Requirements include:
  • Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated experience in the relevant field
  • Motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
  • Confident, creative and dynamic leader
