Job Description

  • The Head of Real Estate/Branch Manager Manage the development of new real estate projects targeted to our client groups.
  • Develop sales strategies to ensure smooth achievement of financial targets.
  • Will Reporting to the RGM and Director Real Estate.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Their work includes:

  •  Make recommendations to the Board of Directors/RGM on new actions, goals and targets related to the development of new projects.
  •  Develop and manage timeliness for various activities to ensure strategic plans and critical development processes are carried out in a timely manner.
  •  Understand and analyses given sales targets
  •  Devise strategy for smooth and convenient attainment
  •  Discuss Real Estate sales strategy with the team for ease of achievement
  •  Conduct regular meetings with the  Real estate sales team
  • Motivate the  sales team to achieve the best possible results
  • Set activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
  • Continuous training and over all personality development of all members of the sales department
  • Assist the sales team as and when necessary
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and suggest the same to management.
  • Spot market opportunities for new customers
  • Attend monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
  • Use network in order to generate new business for the company
  • Develop and utilize the contacts and bring business to the organization.
  • Generate monthly reports on sales performance to the management
  • Manage budgets, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives for the branch
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Prepare regular reports on progress, budgets, and expenditures related to the
  • management of real estate development activities.
  • Assist HR in recruitment and selection for the sales department
  •  Strive to achieve weekly or monthly targets
  •  Negotiate/close deals
  •  Comply with company’s dress code policy and set personal example
  •  Follow and implement the rules and policies of the organization

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements include:

  •  Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  •  Proven experience in Real Estate business
  •  Excellent listening, negotiation skills
  •  Proficiency in English language
  •  Proven ability to handle the real estate sales process from plan to close
  •  Proven ability to position products against competitors
  •  Demonstrated experience as head of sales
  •  Self-motivated with a results oriented approach
  •  Proficient in delivering attractive presentations
