Manage, supervise and effectively lead a team of sales persons to ensure smooth achievement of targets set forth /assigned by Al-Bari Group of Companies
Job Description / Responsibilities
Their work includes:
· Manage sales teams in order to pursue the assigned target for in time achievement.
· Maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
· Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goal for the region
· Supervise and guide sales staff including executives, branch managers and sales heads etc.
· Develop and implement training programs to acquaint sales agents with prevailing market trends and learn how to get customers, negotiate deals, meet financial targets and properly fill out sale paperwork
· Meet clients/ customers who need specialized attention
· Keep a tag on branch performance
· Regularly evaluate sales executive and branch heads’ performance
· Keep a track of clients’ issues / problems and resolve the same on prompt basis.
· Develop long and short-term plans to ensure constant growth
· Enhance sales’ team skills through training and motivational program
· Forecast fortnightly/ monthly/ quarterly and annual sales goals
· Review regional expenses and recommend improvements
· Assist HR in recruitment and selection for the sales department
· Take approvals for rebate issuance to sales team with consultancy from senior hierarchy
· Report on regional sales results and targets
· Negotiate/close deals
· Comply with company’s dress code policy
· Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements include:
· Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· Excellent listening, negotiation skills
· Proficiency in verbal expression
· Proven ability to gear up sales process from plan to close
· Demonstrated experience as head of sales
· Self-motivated with a results oriented approach
· Management of entire team including their daily commitments, output and evaluation
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
· Regular appraisal of the hierarchy about target achievements and future plans
