Job Purpose
Manage and handle all search engine with a view to optimize marketing activities.
Job Description / Job ResponsibilitiesTheir work includes:
- Ensure effective management of company’s accounts on social media
· Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
· Track down, report, and analyze websites and PPC initiatives and campaigns
· Manage campaign expenses while staying within the on budget,
· Estimate monthly and quarterly costs and reconciliation discrepancies in coordination with marketing head.
· Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
· Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
· Research and analyze competitive advertising links
· Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
· Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize own performance based on the insights
· Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
· Audit and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
· Develop company’s websites while ensuring best SEO practices
· Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
Qualifications and Skills Requirements include:
· Proven SEO experience
· Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
· Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
· In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, WebTrends)
· Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Search Ignite)
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
· Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
· BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
