Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager
· Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in implementing business development strategies
· Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to achieve sales target and projected profit
· Assist in supervising and evaluating Sales Team to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description
· Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies
· Develop Team plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service
· Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in evaluating performance of Team
· Resolve customer problems, complaints promptly and efficiently
· Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media
· Demonstrate and present products to potential customers
· Aim to achieve weekly or monthly targets
· Negotiate/close deals
· Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
Qualifications and skills
· Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Proven experience as a sales executive by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales goals
· Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
· Confidence
· Interpersonal Skills
· Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in industry
