Al-Barka Fabrics is looking for dynamic and aspiring young personnel, interested in challenging & long term career in Textile Sector located at 1-Km, Jaranwala Road, Khurrianwala, Faisalabad.
The applicant should be: -Minimum Graduation / BSC in Textile Management shall be preferred. Quality Assurance Experience required is 3 Years. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Description:
• Maintain a complete file of each PO of every customer having specs, trim card, and customer requirements.
• Visit to greige goodown to check random inspection.
• Conduct in-line audit every day.
• Conduct product verification of every article.
• Conduct pre-cut audit of each lot before cutting in customer's required light source.
• After pre-cut approval arrange shade card maintain record history of each fabrication.
• Maintain color standards of each fabrication and renew them when required.
• Conduct pre-production meeting before start of any each order.
• Review stitching rejections after each dispatch of the container.
• Ensure that fabric shade and all accessories remain same continuously in repeat orders.
• Make report/record of each activity on daily basics.
• Make monthly analysis of internal / external audits.
• Compile continuity record of each fabrication of a whole year.
