- Ensure that the daily routine work done in a timely manner.
- Ensure all the International orders to be entered on time.
- Ensure all logistics details in SAP - PO accurately before shipment arrives at port.
- Knowledge about Logistics, Warehousing and Procurement along with the whole Supply Chain process including strong background with Procurement.
- At least 3 years of experience in the above said scope.
- Strong knowledge in Land, Sea and Air freight.
- Coordination between shipping line, customer, clearance team, Finance, and transport team to meet operational requirements swiftly.
- Strong communication skills through phone and by Emails.
- Well knowledge in Customs documentation and COO processing and embassy attestation.
- Documents preparation (invoice, packing lists, delivery advice, COO, order confirmation)
- Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to us
- To possess strong problem-solving skills and to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues to reporting Manager whenever required.
