- Preparation and compilation of annual budget and implement budgetary controls
- Monitoring actual performance with budgets/forecast along with comments on variances
- Assists in preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Assists in monthly closing (SAP) and financial reporting
- Payments related all activities expertise in SAP. Prepare journal entries relating to accruals, prepared expenses and provisions.
- GL wise, Vendor and Bank reconciliation. Reconciliation of control accounts.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- All supplier reconciliation quarterly basis.
- Co-ordination with logistics and other departments regarding purchase orders and their correct valuation
- Understanding about managing and controlling cost elements, cost centers, functional areas, and allocation cycles, etc
- Collecting and analyzing data to determine different costs and recording results
- Driving the cost saving mind set, identifying the loss, and suggesting ways of savings in costs.
- Ensures adherence to all Company principles and policies.
- Any other task assigned by senior management.
