Al Fahd Spa & Fitness Club is Faisalabad's #1 luxury fitness club for ladies & gents.
We require a Sales Supervisor to cover Ladies time at the Club.
The applicant should be:
- willing to take on responsibility for sales and the performance of other staff
- motivated to achieve targets and able to come up with ideas to increase sales
- well presented and friendly, understanding how to deliver excellent customer service
The main duties of the role are:
- to conduct visits of the Club and explain membership packages to visitors
- to maximise membership sales through both new memberships and renewal of expired memberships
- to supervise all female staff during Ladies timings to ensure operations in the Club are running smoothly
- to positively deal with customer complaints and maximise customer satisfaction
