- Develop course modules.
- Assess staff.
- Formulate effective communication strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure effective implementation of curriculum.
- Supervising students’ development by evaluating their progress reports.
- Evaluate educational technologies and mentor new teachers to help them develop effective instructional methods and strategies.
- Maintaining a database of students’ feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
- Provide support to the Senior Admission Counselor when needed.
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of managing personnel related to web applications departments.
- Critical thinkers with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work in groups and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Creative problem solving and decision making skills in the creation and implementation of new curriculum and academic materials.
- Designing training programs for new teachers.
