Al-Fatah Electronics requires an energetic, competent, sincere and hard working HR & Admin resource for the orgarnization. The candidate applying must have atleast 4-5 years of work experience in the requred field.
The candidate will be expected to re-structure the HR & Admin department completely. In this regard he will be directly reporting to the CEO.
He will be required to work on the following areas
1) Human resource planning & staffing
2) Designing performance appraisal system and benefit programmes
3) working on building up the organisational culture
4) Laying down the organogram in consultation with top management
5) Ensuring the implementation of organogram
6) Employee training and development
7) Laying down effective payroll system
8) Working on relationship building of staff and organisation
9) Developing and implementing JDs and SOPs of each department
