Al Fitrat is seeking a highly motivated Shopify Store Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce store operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the Shopify platform and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices. This role involves managing a team of one person and requires strong digital marketing knowledge, including expertise in SEO and SEM, to drive traffic and increase sales effectively.
The Shopify Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the online store, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue. This position requires excellent communication and analytical skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders while continuously improving the stores performance and digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, ensuring all product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee a team member to assist with store management tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns including SEO and SEM to increase website traffic and sales conversion rates.
- Analyze store performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate product launches and promotions with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Maintain the stores user experience by optimizing navigation, design, and checkout processes.
- Stay current with e-commerce and Shopify platform updates and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage inventory integration and monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts or overselling.
- Collaborate with customer service to address issues related to orders, returns, and customer feedback.
- Generate regular reports on sales, marketing effectiveness, and website performance metrics.
