JOB DISCRIPTIONS FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Basic know-how and knowledge in following fields is mandatory for all candidates.
1. Sales Engineer (1):
Mechanical/ Chemical Degree and minimum 3 years of experience (Saudi Arabia or Gulf)
along with Basic know-how and knowledge in following fields;
a. Luyang Energy Saving Material Co. - China: Ceramic Fiber (Blanket, Board or
Module) for Refractory and Insulation.
b. Vigil Antislip- Australia: Anti-slip products including but not limited to anti-slip floors
and ladders.
c. Delta Heat Services- Netherland: Heat treatment equipment/ services.
d. Dogan Dorse- Turkey: All kind of semi-trailers, Cement Bulkers, Tipper, LPG tanks.
2. Sales/ Marketing Representative (1):
Sales/ Marketing Degree and minimum 3 years of experience (Saudi Arabia or Gulf) along
with Basic know-how and knowledge in following fields;
a. NORDIS- Poland: Ice creams & frozen food products.
b. FORCELL- Korea: Cosmetics/ Beauty Products.
c. Qingdao Grandstone Tyre Co. - China: All variety of tyres.
NOTE: Preference must be given to candidates having previous experience of Saudi Arabia
or Gulf. (Atleast 01 of the candidates must have Saudi Arabian experience)

Job Summary:
A results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Will
provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line
revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Skill Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven work experience of atleast 3 years as sales representative in mentioned or similar industry.
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skill.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Fluent in English
Proficient with MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
