-Perform daily data entry functions to ensure all company and client records are up to date.
-Communication with sales representatives
-Direct telephone contact and communication with customers
Maintain office supplies, checking inventory and ordering items
-Respond to questions and request for information
-Answering incoming calls, scanning, faxing, emailing. making labelsfiles
-Keeping track of daily spreadsheets using excel
MUST HAVE:
-experence with excel, data entry, outlook, word
-highly organized and efficient
-strong written and verbal communication skills
hrs will be 9 am - 5.30 pm
