1.     Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records.

2.     Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff members.

3.       Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials for meetings.

4.       Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested.

5.       Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.

6.       Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary items.

7.       Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

8.       Help maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and suggesting improvements when necessary.

9.       Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

10.   Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives as assigned.

11.   Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.
