• Preparation and maintenance of payment records, including preparation of claques and payment type vouchers
  • Maintain and preparation of bank payments as per available balances
  • Calculating of withholding income tax on invoices it includes manual inquiries regarding agreement with vendor
  • Process all the Bank Payments of All projects.
  • Coordination with Banks relevant Cheques Deposit Daily basis & Cheque book request & activation all companies & projects Daily basis
  • Maintenance excel sheet in which details of Cheques of all projects have been maintained
  • Make cheque Receipt voucher & Preparation of Daily Claques report
