Al Karam Traders is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This field-based role requires an individual who enjoys engaging directly with customers, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth through targeted efforts. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base by identifying potential clients, executing lead generation strategies, and maintaining positive interactions with existing customers.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience and excels at managing client relationships and following up on opportunities to meet sales targets. This position does not include team management responsibilities. The role demands consistent market visits for business growth, ensuring that the company stays connected to customers needs and competitive trends in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and market research.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively presenting products and negotiating deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market conditions, and new product ideas.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to nurture relationships and close sales efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
