Job Description

  • Manage the schedule for all company conference and meetings, ensuring that executive meeting needs are always met
  • Coordinate and plan to acquire business for the company
  • Ensure and plan meetings of company officials for business
  • Plan and attend meeting on behalf of the Company
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • During your stay in the company, you will be responsible for overall supervision of all business related matters pertaining to conducting, managing, coordinating meetings for acquiring business pertaining to HR and allied matters in accordance with the policy of the Company.
