We require Area Sale Manager for local sales & Distribution. Prefernece will be given to candidates that previously have a background of Food & Cosmetics. Also, it is preferred that you have worked with various LMT's in the past.
Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned Area.
Develop and Implement field Sales Plan for the assigned area.
Effectively manage Modern trades/distributor/customers and their operations.
Develop a close relationship with all Modern Trade officials, distributors to grow business and expand business dimensions
Compiling and analyzing sales figures on given dates and Formats
Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POP/Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization.
Monitoring competitor activities
BTL Campaigns plans and executions
Responsible to provide quality and on-time information.
Grip on reporting structure
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
Coach, motivate and develop Sales force.
Product Merchandising/ Marketing.
Well versed in communication, Email Writing & Drafting & Reporting.
