- Forecast quarterly and annual sales volume.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new team members.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Area visits with his concern TSO/TSM/ASM of his zone.
- Ensure to fulfill monthly targets
- Prepare and share all the reports to the concerned manager and head office on regular basis on time.
- Ensure to settle down all the matters with distributors if needed.
- Arrange/participate in periodic meetings with sales team office zone.
- Plan sales promotional activities in the region and coordinate with the sales promotion team to execute such activities.
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
