- Develop, build and maintain strong working relationships with current, new clients & customers.
- Coordinate with Farm Supervisor for all operations at Farms, Expenses, Payments and other relevant conversation.
- Coordinate with vendors for Buying, Selling, Costing, Feed & other Expenses and operational conversation.
- Deliver monthly sales and gross margin budget objectives.
- Schedule meetings/appointments, prepare presentations and writes minutes of meetings.
- Responsible for managing front-end operations of livestock business.
- Manage day to day activities by coordinating with farm supervisor.
- Derive strategies for expenses & cost control of the business.
- Must have an update of the market trends.
- Coordinate with procurement team for data to record.
- Manage all data related to livestock on a daily basis with complete accuracy.
- Coordinate with Finance department for smooth operational management.
- Report on daily basis to COO.
- Flexible to visit the farm as and when required.
- Visit livestock markets with procurement team as and when required.
- Liaison with all relevant departments for data recording and management.
- Maintain Customers, Clients & Vendors ledgers.
- Responsible for animal feed nutrition, weight gain, and cost-effective techniques.
- Responsible for overall animal farm, agriculture land, and farm house management efficiently and with positive outcomes without incurring any loss.
