Job Brief:

Al Mashriq Group of Companies is looking for a competent, educated, groomed, and experienced Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to the Chairman (Preferably female) for its office located in Clifton, Karachi with the following requirements.

Selected candidate must provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director. Ultimately, candidate will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to Chairman.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle accommodation and travel arrangements.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos and reviews contents, determines importance, summarizes, and distribute.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Any other additional duties and tasks as assigned by chairman.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Candidate should be comfortable with international travel
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Self-driven and motivated enough to act without guidance.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
