- Daily coordination of third party/own bank account Post Dated cheques from debtors to creditors.
- Daily posting of Journal Vouchers in ERP Software.
- Daily Bank Reconciliation.
- Posting Monthly/Annual Adjusting entries for Accounts Finalization
- Verification and Finalization of All Accounts for monthly and annual financial statements.
- Posting of Bank Payment vouchers and Bank Receipt Vouchers in ERP.
- Prepare All Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Weekly reconciliation of debtors and creditors ledger.
- Coordinate with ERP team for customization/verification and development of reports.
- Co-ordinating with transporters/brokers/vendors of raw material to fill and release raw material trucks.
- Verify that data entered in All modules of the ERP is correct. (through co-ordination with respective personnel).
- Responding to All queries of the Directors and submitting any reports that they require.
- Prepare schedules and provide relevant information as required by external auditor.
- Ensure All aspects of compliance required by SECP for Private Limited companies.
- Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
- Candidates willing to work Long term with the company (atleast 8-10 years) will be preferred.
- Having prior experience of working in the Accounts department of a Poultry Feed mill will be a plus point.
