Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is seeking a Digital Delivery Associate to join the IT Division at our Head Office in Karachi. The Digital Delivery Associate will serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and vendors, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives, timelines and quality expectations. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, project governance, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring.

Job Specification:

Qualification: BS. Computer Science/ Information Systems / or related fields.

Experience: 1 to 2 year of related field experience.
Location: Karachi


Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans for both mobile app and website initiatives (new features, maintenance, and upgrades).

Ensure adherence to agreed-upon project milestones, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules.

Maintain a release calendar for both the mobile app and website updates.

Monitor change requests, manage dependencies, and ensure timely approvals and deployments.

Monitor vendor SLAs (response time, uptime, resolution time) and report performance periodically.

Conduct weekly progress calls, track open issues, and escalate delays or risks proactively.

Validate all invoices and ensure deliverables match contractual obligations before approvals.

Track mobile app performance metrics such as crash rates, user feedback, downloads, and session data.

Ensure app store compliance, listing updates, and analytics integration (Firebase / App Store Connect / Play Console).

Manage app version control, release documentation, and post-release monitoring.

Ensure website uptime, security, and performance benchmarks are consistently met.

Work with vendors to ensure website responsiveness, compatibility, and optimized loading speeds
