Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for handling calls, updating customers regarding queries, leads/tickets handling, call backs where needed and work on different assigned projects.
- Handling of routine concerns of sales staff for customers.
- Timely and accurately responsiveness to Inbound calls and queries.
- Contribution in regular activities of Data Cleansing.
- Managing timely outbound calls for Discrepancy’s.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors, preferably Master’s
- 1 year of relevant experience preferably in AMCs/financial sector.
- IFMP Certification would be a plus point (if not MBA)
