- Conduct the information security & operational risk assessment program
- Design information security policies, standards and guidelines, in accordance with risk assessment.
- Maintain information security standards and procedures in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001/27002, and other popular data security & privacy international standards.
- Monitor compliance with the information security policies.
- Conduct the information security orientation and awareness sessions on regular basis.
- Coordinate business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning and test them on approved frequencies.
- Periodic monitoring of Information Security related controls, and reporting exceptions.
- Provide access rights over network and applications in accordance with access control policy and monitored the access rights.
- Conduct Risk assessment of all changes in the IT Operational environment. Monitor Change Management System (CMS) on regular basis.
- Coordinate information security audit program with internal & external auditor.
- Assist the Head of Department on implementation of ERM framework and maintenance of operational risk registers.
