Al-Mustafa Welfare Society requires the services of an experienced Principal for Al-Mustafa Academy, located in Korangi Karachi.
- To provide vision and leadership for the school to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people and their families
- To ensure that the school complies with all relevant legislation, guidance, regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Must have experience of at least three years on same level
- Able to hire quality human resource
- Training of teachers and staff
- Good teaching and communication skills
- Able to handle difficult situations with regards to teachers, students and parents
- Syllabus making, lesson planning, test papers preparation
- Supervision of fee collection and dues recovery
- Overall responsibility to manage and administrator the school
- To ensure excellent student experience of education, care, and therapy which enriches lives and realizes potential
- To manage the financial performance of the school in order to meet agreed targets
- To provide professional and operational leadership to all staff, ensuring their continued development
