Al Riaz Chemicals is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Executive specializing in the fabric/textile industry. This role focuses on generating sales, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and driving business growth within the fabric market. The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and brings 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile sector. This position requires a self-motivated, target-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills who is knowledgeable about market trends and capable of delivering consistent sales performance. The Senior Sales Executive actively engages with potential and existing customers including wholesalers, retailers, and market players to build and sustain long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers within the fabric and textile market to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Conduct market visits to wholesalers, retailers, and relevant outlets to promote products and develop new sales channels.
- Provide detailed product information and assist clients in selecting appropriate fabrics according to their needs and preferences.
- Follow up on client inquiries swiftly and efficiently to ensure timely closing of sales orders.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date sales reports, tracking performance metrics and providing regular updates to the management team.
- Stay informed about fabric market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and provide market insights.
- Demonstrate a professional and proactive approach while working independently to meet sales goals and contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align sales strategies with business objectives.
