Educational UK,USA project looking for sales manager in Alshams Technologies with following requirements
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- The candidate will accomplish in establishing call center objectives, analyze call center data,
- Candidate should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and offerings.
- To be successful, you should be focused on improving your team of representatives and call center practices.
- Candidate should be observant and detail-oriented and Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Must have 2 years experience and speak English fluently .online UK, USA education project experienced highly preferred.
- Regular and punctual.sales manager in calling center experienced will encourage to apply.willing to work with night shift.
- Ability to lead team and achive monthly targets.Local candadites are eligibile for this post.
