Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for allied hospitals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize Oracle ERP to manage financial transactions, perform data extraction, and facilitate smooth financial closing processes.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards using Microsoft Excel to support decision making and forecast analysis.
  • Analyze complex healthcare financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Coordinate reporting activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of three professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and other hospital departments to ensure alignment on reporting standards and objectives.
  • Implement improvements in financial reporting workflows by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending system or process enhancements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and communication materials for hospital management and external stakeholders to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
