Job Description

  • Serves visitors by greeting.
  • Operates telecommunication system.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist customers telephonic as well as walk in inquiries.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain all necessary record related to reception area provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits & any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Intermediate.
  • Proficiency in Computer.
  • 1+ year relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills (both in English and Urdu).
  • Good public relations, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure.
