Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Operations & Digital Strategy Manager to oversee company operations, lead digital strategy, and drive execution across internal and client projects. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid grip on digital marketing, understands the technical side of software/app development, and has hands on experience in lead generation using modern digital tools and platforms.
This individual should be passionate about new-age marketing, AI applications, and the ever evolving digital landscape. You must be capable of leading teams, managing clients with confidence, and creating and executing smart strategies that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day to day operations across digital marketing, IT development, and client management
Plan and execute lead generation strategies across various digital channels (organic and paid)
Oversee web development, maintenance, SEO optimization, and performance tracking for multiple brands
Manage social media platforms, ad campaigns, and community engagement strategies
Act as the main liaison for international clients, ensuring expectations are met with professionalism
Coordinate with software and app development teams to deliver client projects on time
Contribute to marketing automation, CRM workflows, and AI-driven content or campaign strategies
Ensure brand consistency across digital assets, documents, websites, and campaigns
Hire, lead, and mentor creative and technical teams while managing budgets and timelines
Stay ahead of marketing trends and tools to keep the company competitive and relevant
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or tech-focused project management
Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, campaign funnels, and tracking tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficient understanding of CMS platforms, mobile/web app development cycles, and UI/UX principles
Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Team leadership and client management experience
A flexible schedule and ability to coordinate with global clients and remote teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to convert ideas into scalable digital outcomes
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Midjourney) and automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.)
Working knowledge of tools like Trello, ClickUp, Figma, Canva, Google Suite
Previous experience in a startup or digital agency environment is a plus
