Position Overview:

  • ARSL is seeking to hire an energetic and passionate Operations Manager for its Head Office in Lahore for its courier, debt collection and recovery business lines.
  • The incumbent for this position will be expected to manage mentor and train the respective teams to deliver on ARSL’s strategy and commitment with its corporate and government clients. Ideal candidate would be someone with demonstrated expertise of managing teams and executing similar projects.
  • The individual will need to have excellent communication and negotiation ability.
  • The incumbent will need to identify and train staff as well as institute a strong mechanism for constant supervision and monitoring of the portfolio.
  • Operations Manager will also play a critical role in business development and proposal writing for ARSL.


  • Create and manage teams responsible for Debt Collection, Recovery, Bulk Mail Delivery and Asset tracing activities.
  • Based on evaluation of resources, create task forces, assign projects and ensures team deliverables.
  • Create proposals for the CEO’s review for business expansion and highlight opportunities where ARSL resources can be utilized
  • Manage ARSL internal office operations
  • Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to provide for more efficient Recovery processes.
  • Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions.
  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
  • Directly impacts the area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.
  • Persuades and influences others through effective communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the ARSL’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a related role with commensurate team management experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and advance business of ARSL
